Terms and conditions

1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

   Unless otherwise stated, words or phrases shall have their plain English meaning.

2. REGISTRATION

   By registering to use the Services (as defined below), you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You will provide accurate and complete information when asked for your registration details;
• You may only register one account per user;

3. GAMING TERMINOLOGY AND PRACTICE
4. In this Agreement, "Gaming Terminal" means any device used to access the Services. You acknowledge that:

• All transactions on the Gaming Terminals are processed electronically;
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel any bets at our absolute discretion.

4. WAGERING LIMITS AND CONTROLS

   You agree to comply with all applicable wagering limits and controls, including deposit/loss limits and time-outs (24 hours or more).

5. CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATES AND FEES

   We reserve the right to modify or adjust currency exchange rates and fees at any time.

6. DEPOSIT METHODS

   To make a deposit you must use one of our approved payment methods. You acknowledge that:

• All deposits are final;
• We will not refund or cancel payments made in error;

7. WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURES

   To withdraw funds from your Account, you must submit an official withdrawal request and comply with the terms set out below.

8. GAMING TERMINALS AND EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE

   We reserve the right to maintain, inspect, replace, repair or modify our Gaming Terminals at any time without prior notice.

9. DATA PROTECTION AND CONFIDENTIALITY

   You agree that we may collect and use your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations for the purpose of providing the Services.

10. SECURITY

    We will take reasonable care to maintain adequate security measures, but you acknowledge that no method can provide absolute protection against unauthorized access or cyber-attack.

11. DISPUTES AND COMPLAINTS

    You agree to promptly report any disputes or complaints relating to your use of our Services to us in writing within a reasonable time from the date on which such dispute or complaint arose.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

    This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed exclusively in accordance with the laws applicable in Anjouan. Any disputes arising under, out of, or otherwise related to this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a competent tribunal in Anjouan.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    We reserve the right at any time to modify, revise or replace these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") with new terms. Your continued use of the Services after any changes is deemed acceptance of such amendments.

14. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

    We may terminate your access to our Services without notice if you breach this Agreement in any way, at which time all amounts owed by you will become immediately due and payable.

15. FINAL PROVISIONS

    These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") comprise the entire agreement between you and us relating to use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral.
